📋 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and nbaiji ("nbaiji", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at nbaiji.net. Specific additional terms may apply to individual promotions or game categories — in the event of any conflict between these general Terms and such specific terms, the specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that particular activity.

Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from the translation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision will be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

👤 Account Registration

To access the full range of nbaiji services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. By registering an account with nbaiji, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Registration Requirements

To register an nbaiji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nbaiji is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. To this end, nbaiji applies a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the time of registration, when requesting a withdrawal, or at any point during your account lifecycle when nbaiji deems verification necessary:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government letter)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming your name and phone number)
• Source of funds documentation where large or unusual transaction volumes are detected

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of request — may result in the temporary suspension of your account pending successful verification. nbaiji reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.

Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information accurate and current at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account promptly by contacting our support team. nbaiji cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information provided by you.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• nbaiji does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply standard transaction fees — please check with your provider.
• Deposits are credited to your nbaiji account balance in real time for mobile banking methods. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you during the KYC process.
• Withdrawals from accounts where active bonus funds are held may be subject to wagering requirement completion before processing. See the Bonus Terms section below for full details.
• nbaiji processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes listed in the table above. Delays may occur if additional verification is required.
• nbaiji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

🎁 Bonus Terms

nbaiji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP programme rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general bonus terms, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register an nbaiji account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically upon successful deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it, you must complete the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per spin or per hand is limited to ৳500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is in play may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: nbaiji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses without genuine play, and using third-party bonus-hunting software. Accounts found to be abusing the nbaiji bonus system may have bonuses voided and may be subject to account suspension.

✅ User Obligations

By using the nbaiji platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction as well as the rules and policies set out in these Terms. The following obligations apply to every registered nbaiji player at all times.

• You will use the nbaiji platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and at all subsequent points when nbaiji requests updated information.
• You will not attempt to access the nbaiji platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the nbaiji platform.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials and will not share your login details with any third party.
• You will immediately notify nbaiji if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security vulnerability on the platform.
• You will not use the nbaiji platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion agreement, whether entered through nbaiji directly or through any other gambling operator or self-exclusion scheme.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all bets and wagers placed on your account.
• You will gamble within your financial means and will make use of nbaiji's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaiji platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.
• Collusion: Cooperating or communicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live table games, or sports betting markets.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms or markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (commonly referred to as "arbing"), particularly when combined with bonus abuse strategies.
• Software Exploitation: Using unauthorised software, scripts, bots, or algorithms to gain an advantage in any game offered on the nbaiji platform, or to automate any aspect of play or account management.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile banking provider in relation to funds deposited on nbaiji. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, you must contact nbaiji support before approaching your payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one nbaiji account, whether in your own name or under false identities, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the nbaiji platform in any way connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. nbaiji is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Threatening or Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or harassing language or behaviour toward nbaiji support staff or other platform users.

🔞 Age Restriction

The nbaiji platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Access to the nbaiji platform by anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited, and nbaiji employs multiple layers of age verification to enforce this requirement.

During account registration, all players are required to confirm that they are aged 18 or over by ticking a mandatory declaration. Following registration, nbaiji will verify the age of players through the KYC process by requesting a valid government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Any player who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will have their account suspended pending verification, and no withdrawals will be processed during this period.

If nbaiji discovers at any time that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The account will be permanently closed without appeal.
• All funds in the account — including deposits and any winnings — will be forfeited.
• Any bonuses previously awarded will be voided.
• The matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.

🔐 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your nbaiji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, nbaiji will process the request within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding KYC documentation is pending.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion in addition to standard account closure. Self-exclusion prevents the reopening of your account for the duration of the exclusion period and removes you from all marketing communications immediately. Self-exclusion options include periods of 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, one month, six months, or permanent exclusion. Termination by nbaiji

nbaiji reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions, including any prohibited activities listed above
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Confirmed underage gambling or misrepresentation of age
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Chargebacks or unauthorised payment disputes
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; nbaiji will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy fee)

Where an account is terminated due to a terms violation, nbaiji reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account. Where an account is terminated for legitimate business reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any confirmed real-money balance will be refunded within 10 business days.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet). Before applying any dormancy administration fee, nbaiji will send a notification to the email address registered on the account. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a transaction, subject to re-verification of KYC documents if required.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and other materials accessible through the nbaiji platform are the intellectual property of nbaiji or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nbaiji platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the nbaiji platform without prior written permission from nbaiji.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbaiji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the nbaiji platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical error, or interruption of service. nbaiji's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
